Na Ra Park

Na Ra is a landscape designer with over a decade of experience working worldwide on public parks, urban plazas, and mixed-use retail developments. She appreciates the whole spectrum of the design process from idea sketching to construction administration.

Prior training in sculpture and painting has given her enthusiasm for the qualities of various materials. Her background and interests have been integral in her approach to landscape architecture both in practice and research. An avid gardener and ceramicist, her hobbies support her professional practice by allowing her to embrace seasonality and cycles of life in her garden and work with her hands in her pottery studio. She has taught design studios at University at Buffalo and University of Southern California
